Timekeeping & Payroll
Philippine-ready attendance, scheduling, deductions, contributions, payslips, and payroll reporting—with a strict privacy approach and no advertising.
View early access →JTekPlus is the independent technology brand founded by Jason Caliwan to showcase more than 20 years of learning, hands-on experience, and ongoing software development.

Payroll Cloud is the first major development presented under my JTekPlus portfolio. It applies years of hands-on experience to a practical timekeeping and payroll system intended for Philippine business workflows.
The project brings attendance, schedules, biometric integration, payroll computation, deductions, contributions, and employee access into one connected concept. It is under active development and provides a foundation for future JTekPlus projects.
View the live Payroll project ↗These projects and solution concepts represent the areas I am developing under JTekPlus. Features and availability vary as the portfolio continues to evolve.

View early access →Centralize employee records, onboarding, leave, documents, performance, and self-service across the employee lifecycle.
Explore this concept →Publish vacancies, manage candidates, schedule interviews, and convert successful applicants without entering data twice.
Explore this concept →Reservations, front desk, billing, housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, booking, smart locks, and hotel reporting.
Explore this concept →Manage tenants, leases, utility consumption, recurring charges, payments, and maintenance while monitoring building operations in real time.
Explore this concept →Connect biometric devices, RFID, smart locks, sensors, access control, embedded systems, and remote monitoring.
Explore this capability →Web apps, internal portals, APIs, databases, cloud deployments, legacy modernization, and process automation.
Explore this capability →A small-scale experiment for understanding electricity use at home from one measurement point, with an initial focus on total consumption and a few recognizable household appliances.
The prototype will measure electrical activity near the home's main supply using current and voltage sensors. It will first display total power and estimated cost, then explore whether simple electrical patterns can identify a small set of appliances such as a refrigerator, rice cooker, electric fan, or air conditioner.
Build and calibrate a safe prototype that records voltage, current, active power, and accumulated household energy use.
Create a simple dashboard for live readings, daily trends, peak usage, and an estimated monthly electricity bill.
Collect labeled samples from a few household appliances and test whether their startup, cycling, and steady-load patterns can be recognized.
Current scope: This is a personal household prototype and learning project. Appliance identification is experimental; tenant billing, commercial deployment, and large-building integrations are outside the initial scope.
Discuss the project ↗Connect every major stage—from a candidate’s first application through employment, final pay, and retirement records—inside one visible workflow.
Publish vacancies and collect applicant information.
Screen, interview, evaluate, and prepare offers.
Turn candidates into employee records.
Maintain schedules, leave, files, and performance.
Connect devices and monitor attendance.
Process regular payroll and deliver payslips.
Support offboarding, final pay, separation, and retirement records.
“JTekPlus brings together everything I have learned, built, and experienced over more than two decades—and turns it into technology that helps businesses move forward.”Jason Caliwan · Founder & Developer
JTekPlus is the culmination of more than 20 years of hands-on knowledge across software development, technical support, server administration, databases, IoT, robotics, embedded systems, automation, and research. It turns that experience into practical products—and creates a platform for continued learning, innovation, and growth.
Systems reflect your actual workflow—not generic assumptions.
Work directly with the developer responsible for your solution.
Connect software, hardware, databases, and existing platforms.
Start with what matters now and expand when you are ready.
Adjust modules, reports, workflows, and integrations.
Practical choices support usability and long-term maintenance.
This is the practical method I use to develop and demonstrate JTekPlus portfolio projects.
Study real processes, pain points, existing tools, and operational goals.
Define possible modules, features, integrations, and technical requirements.
Build in reviewable phases so each concept remains grounded in real use.
Explore connections with supported hardware, databases, websites, and platforms.
Validate scenarios, document results, and refine each project as the portfolio develops.
I am inviting a small group of companies to try JTekPlus Payroll Cloud while the product continues to develop. Early participants can use the system in real operations, share feedback, and help shape practical improvements.
Early access is limited to the first 10 eligible companies. To join the queue, send your intent through the contact form and select Payroll Early Access.
Send your intent ↗Payroll systems necessarily process employee and company information to perform their intended functions. That information will be treated as operational data: used only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Payroll Cloud experience for the participating workspace.
Expect no advertising inside the system. Data will not be sold, rented, shared for advertising, or repurposed for unrelated marketing. Feedback and system ratings may be reviewed to guide improvements, but operational payroll data will not be used as a substitute for feedback.
JTekPlus is currently a personal technology brand and development portfolio founded and independently operated by Jason Caliwan. It is not presently represented as a corporation or a separate company.
The immediate goal is to complete and demonstrate a strong portfolio of practical technology projects. Establishing JTekPlus as a formal company is a future intention for a later stage of development.
No. The site includes active developments, prototypes, planned concepts, and areas of technical capability. Availability and readiness vary by project and should be confirmed directly with Jason Caliwan.
Integration can be explored through ADMS, API, SDK, network communication, or file synchronization, depending on the device and the goals of the project.
Yes. You are welcome to share a problem, idea, or possible collaboration. Any scope, availability, terms, and expectations would be discussed directly before work begins.
JTekPlus was founded by Jason Caliwan as the home for his software, systems, automation, IoT, robotics, and research work developed from more than 20 years of experience.
Interested in becoming one of the first Payroll Cloud users? Select Payroll Early Access, identify your company, and briefly describe your team and current payroll process. Jason Caliwan will contact you directly about eligibility and next steps.
